The West Kelowna Minor Baseball Association (WKMBA) is a member of the BC Minor Baseball Association (B.C.M.B.A.).
The B.C.M.B.A. offers a structured baseball program for children and young athletes of all skill levels from ages 5 to 17 years. It is affiliated with both the British Columbia Amateur Baseball Association (Baseball B.C.) and the Canadian Federation of Amateur Baseball (Baseball Canada).
Minor baseball in the Kelowna area is represented by 3 associations. The WKMBA represents West Kelowna, Westbank First Nation, and Peachland, along with the Kelowna Minor Baseball Association (KMBA) and the Rutland Minor Baseball Association (RMBA). So in order for a player to play for the WKMBA the player must reside on the west side of Okanagan Lake. Players from outside this area wanting to play for the WKMBA will require a release form from the association encompassing the area in which they reside.
